Starting with a 3D model of a gate valve in Blender, we ensured its accuracy and relevance through continuous client feedback. This iterative process guaranteed that the model met Resicoat’s specifications and served as a solid foundation for the visual.

Transitioning to Adobe After Effects, we positioned the model with precise camera angles and lighting. Utilizing the Trapcode Particular plugin, we transformed the solid form into dynamic particles, simulating powder application. Achieving an organic appearance was paramount, as we aimed to depict the powder seamlessly forming the gate valve.

Color selection was pivotal. By layering multiple exports in contrasting hues, we achieved a vibrant red and yellow palette that resonated with Resicoat’s brand identity. Strategic lighting further enhanced the visual’s depth and realism.

Considering the visual’s application in various formats, including large-scale exhibition graphics, we prioritized high-resolution outputs. Our advanced hardware, equipped with robust graphics capabilities, facilitated efficient rendering of these detailed scenes.
