We were honoured recently to have been given the opportunity to design Interpon’s Exhibition graphics for Paint Expo for the second year in a row.

PaintExpo takes place every other year in Karlsruhe as a showcase for innovations, applications, future technologies and trends covering all aspects of industrial coating. The trade fair spans the entire range of international products and services in the supply chain for industrial coating technology. The wide spectrum of products extends from spray guns, equipment and materials to automation technology. This globally unique get-together of companies from the industry is unparalleled worldwide, making it highly attractive for coating service providers and in-house coating companies from around the world.

Designing graphics for exhibitions can be very challenging for many reasons such as variables like file size, format types, and print specifications. Other factors that can also affect this type of project such as timescales, which are often very tight, due to the nature of building an exhibition stand. The stand builder needs time to get everything printed, shipped and built in location. But more often than not elements and requirements can change, as you are designing the graphics, which means you need to be ready to react to the situation and the circumstances. Making artwork alterations right up to the last minute can often be the norm to get the design over the line in time. At Wax Digital we pride ourselves on being available to react to the customer’s needs and having a deep understanding of all the processes involved in the production and their business is vital. With this particular project some of the panels on one of the colour walls weren’t going to be signed off in time, so this meant being ready to remove panel markers from the artwork if the client desired this. We are ready for the next exhibition whoever the client might be and we’ll ensure we take care of you and your exhibition graphics from conception to installation.
